I received an email not too long ago from someone who had seen a few of my layouts on TwoPeas. She explained that she helped run a blog that focused on pet scrapbooking layouts, and asked if I would be interested in doing a guest spot with them. I was absolutely flattered!! Scrapncircle.com is preparing it’s first scrap-a-thon and auction to help raise money for a breast cancer clinic in Texas. The event will be held October 8 – 14, 2007, to help promote Breast Cancer Awareness month. We are asking our members to take pledges and donations to help for this cause. Each member will be asking the community to sponsor them based on how many scrapbook pages they complete during the week long event. Woohooooo!!!! I won the Summer Circle Challenge at Scrap-n-Circle! I am just excited beyond words! Not only will I get some great goodies to play with, I am the guest designer for September! My first ever GDT gig!!

Treasured Hunt week #4

This is my entry layout for week #4. Requirement was to use journaling which included "I wonder....I hope....I regret...I know...." All other elements were totally ad lib.

My final layout for the Scrap-n-Circle Summer Circle Challenge. I really had to dig deep for this last one! A 2-pager with flowers...neither of which are my strong points! Winner will be announced Wednesday, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but honestly, making it this far is reward enough! I made it into the final 3, and I couldn't be any more excited!! I've had a blast this whole challenge, and the layouts from everybody have been just amazing!
